Research Assistant

Stephanie is a second-year student pursuing an M.S. degree at the Human Factors and Ergonomics Program at San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. She was first exposed to Human Factors through the the teachings of Dr. Dave Schuster, and ultimately found her curiosity for cybersecurity research through Dr. Schuster's lab, VECTR (Virtual Environments, Cognition, and Training) while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is interested in how technology intensifies marginalization and impacts digital safety. She is committed to research that advocates for, and empowers, all people of oppressed groups. Her pronouns are she/her/hers.
